Dwarf
The Dwarf in World of Warcraft: Forever: Stoneform, Find Treasure, Big Game Hunter and Artisan's Precision, 1% hit since Oct 26, 2026, six classes including the new Dwarf Shaman, its Priest spells, and Dun Morogh with Hall of Thanes.
Dwarves in World of Warcraft: Forever are an Alliance race whose launch racials are Stoneform, Find Treasure, Big Game Hunter and Artisan's Precision, the last 1% more hit chance since Blizzard's launch pass of Oct 26, 2026. Blizzard chose Dwarves as its example at the Deep Dive panel at BlizzCon 2026: Stoneform used to raise armor, which did little for a Dwarf Priest, and now reduces physical damage whatever the armor, and Find Treasure can stay active beside any other tracking ability. Dwarves can be six classes, including the new Dwarf Shaman.

Racials at launch
Big Game Hunter is new, inspired by Hemet Nesingwary: Dwarves deal 5% more damage to beasts, a racial of the kind Blizzard likes because it lets different characters shine on different fights.
The fourth racial changed twice. Blizzard showed Mace Specialization at BlizzCon; the beta build of Oct 15, 2026 replaced it with Earth Fury, 2% more critical damage and healing (Blizzard); the launch pass removed that for Artisan's Precision, which "increases hit chance with spells and attacks by 1%" (Blizzard). So a Dwarf Shaman or Priest no longer wants a mace. Find Treasure also now gives a chance at additional items from most chests (Blizzard).
Stoneform lasts 8 seconds and grants immunity to bleeds, poisons and diseases as well as its damage reduction, in the list made from the BlizzCon demo (Warcraft Tavern). Crix at Mobalytics gives the reduction as 10%; Blizzard has not published the number in its notes.
Classes
Blizzard's table lists Hunter, Paladin, Priest, Rogue, Shaman and Warrior (Blizzard). The Dwarf Shaman is the Alliance's only Shaman, since the Skyborne's Shaman belongs to the Horde's Windshapers. The class is covered on Classes and Talents.
Dwarf Priests keep Desperate Prayer unchanged and gain Chastise at level 20, which damages and immobilizes a Humanoid for 2 seconds on a 2-minute cooldown (Blizzard). Fear Ward, a Dwarf Priest's mark in 2019 Classic, now goes to every Priest at level 20 (Blizzard).
Dun Morogh and Ironforge
The new dungeon nearest home is Hall of Thanes, which the What's Next panel placed under Ironforge. Blizzard suggested Alliance players go in around levels 13 to 18. Its notes show Dun Morogh adjusted in the beta: Snow Leopard Prowlers respawn much faster, Shimmer Ridge trolls respawn more evenly, and a looting problem with the quest "Treacherous Cold" was fixed (Blizzard). A new ship from Stormwind Harbor lets dwarves and gnomes reach Kalimdor earlier; see Starting Zones.
What players say
Sodapoppin, on Sep 24, 2026, thought the Dwarf strong because removing blind hurts Rogues, but asked why anyone would choose it when Gnome and Human are comparable. Crix at Mobalytics places the Dwarf in the middle of its PvE list, calling 1% hit "massive", and in the middle of its PvP list. Icy Veins picked it on Sep 17, 2026 for Alliance Shamans and tanking Warriors, before any of these changes.
What is not known yet
Blizzard's notes do not state Stoneform's reduction as of Oct 31, 2026, and it has not listed the new Dun Morogh quests by name.
