Tauren
The Tauren in World of Warcraft: Forever: War Stomp at 90 seconds, Cultivation, Plainsrunning up to 60% and Endurance back to plain 5% health after the Oct 26, 2026 launch pass, its four classes, and Mulgore.
Tauren in World of Warcraft: Forever are a Horde race whose launch racials are War Stomp, Cultivation, Plainsrunning and Endurance, and Blizzard's launch pass of Oct 26, 2026 raised Plainsrunning to as much as 60% movement speed. It also cut Endurance to 5% more health and nothing else. Tauren can be Druid, Hunter, Shaman or Warrior, the fewest classes of any race, and they gain no new combination.

Racials at launch
Plainsrunning builds movement speed the longer a Tauren keeps moving. The launch pass makes it 2% per stack (was 1%), up to 60% (was 30%), and it "no longer increases mounted movement speed" (Blizzard). It keeps the Oct 15, 2026 rule that the Tauren must cover a minimum distance each second: "Stutter-stepping is no longer sufficient to maintain the effect" (Blizzard).
Endurance gives only 5% more health, without the 1% hit it had at BlizzCon or the 2% critical damage and healing of the Oct 15 build (Blizzard). War Stomp, a 2-second stun around the player, has a 90-second cooldown (was 2 minutes) (Blizzard) and, Blizzard says, works in Druid forms (Blizzard).
Cultivation grows bonus herbs without Herbalism (Warcraft Tavern), now every 15 minutes (was 60) (Blizzard). Each herb has a level rule: the player level needed equals the herb's required skill divided by 5, and herbs over 300 skill need level 60 (Blizzard).
Classes
Blizzard's table lists Druid, Hunter, Shaman and Warrior (Blizzard). The Tauren and the Windshaper Skyborne are the Horde's two Druid races. The classes are on Classes and Talents.
Mulgore
Blizzard's notes adjust Mulgore in the beta: faster water pitchers for "A Humble Task", the quest "Kyle's Gone Missing!" added, more even respawns in Gloomrise, and Novice Warriors that no longer flag players for PvP during "Sparring Match" (Blizzard). The podcast of Sep 24, 2026 says Windshaper Skyborne are sent toward an Earthen Ring area in Mulgore. See Starting Zones.
What players say
Sodapoppin, on Sep 24, 2026, said he hated the Cultivation racial, asked for it to be replaced with a spell people use, and wanted War Stomp stronger; Blizzard later cut War Stomp's cooldown. Crix at Mobalytics ranks Tauren low in PvE outside tanking and in the middle for PvP, though its text still names critical damage from Endurance. Icy Veins suggested Plainsrunning for exploration in the level-capped beta, when its top speed was 30%.
What is not known yet
How 60% Plainsrunning behaves in raids and battlegrounds at launch is not known as of Oct 31, 2026.
