Shaper's Terrace is a five-player dungeon for levels 58 to 60 in World of Warcraft: Forever, the highest-level of its nine new dungeons: an ancient Titan facility in the northern hills of Un'Goro Crater, overlooking a land "seemingly untouched by time". Nora Mills, presenting it at BlizzCon on Sep 12, 2026, called it "perhaps one of our most treacherous locations yet", with old Titan buildings scattered around, wildlife running among "beautiful power crystals", and a description she quoted as "a whole lot like Jurassic Park". Blizzard's dungeon article of Oct 20, 2026 adds the dungeon's signature: players gather power crystals from across Un'Goro and use them at consoles inside the terrace to go on. It opens with the game on Nov 4, 2026.

Setting and story
Mills opened with a question for players of Wrath of the Lich King Classic: "The Shaper's Terrace. Where have I heard those words before?" In that expansion, Shaper's Terrace is an old Titan facility deep in Sholazar Basin, in Northrend. "But were there others? What happened to them?" she asked, before revealing that Forever's Shaper's Terrace lies in Un'Goro Crater, where "there must be some source of power here". She recommended levels 58 to 60.
Blizzard's article of Oct 20, 2026 describes an ancient Titan facility high above Un'Goro, overlooking a land that seems untouched by time, with dinosaurs, Titan structures, tar pits and crystals. Players gather power crystals from across the crater and use them at consoles inside to proceed, which ties the dungeon to the zone around it. Blizzard has not named the bosses, and has not said what powers the terrace.
A designer's favorite
One of Blizzard's encounter designers picked it as a favorite to work on, on the third WoW: Forever Podcast on Oct 8, 2026: "probably Shaper Terrace, just because I like dinosaurs", adding that a giant T-Rex head hangs next to the designer's desk, with a dartboard underneath. The host had noted moments earlier that the episode had not had time "to really dive into" the dungeon.
The Jurassic Park comparison is one Blizzard has used before in Forever: the same designers said they built the tall grass of the Excavation Site in the Wetlands to recall the raptors in the tall grass in Jurassic Park.
Where it fits
Shaper's Terrace is the last new dungeon on the way to level 60, beside Blackmaw Hold (55 to 60). At level 60 Forever also offers Mount Hyjal, and from Dec 9, 2026 the raids Hyjal Summit (20 players), The Barrow Deeps (10 players) and Onyxia's Lair (40 players) (Blizzard). Blizzard has not published Shaper's Terrace's loot. Across Forever, unique dungeon boss items are rare (blue) quality, and advanced blueprint recipes drop from specific dungeon bosses (see Professions).
