Reputation in World of Warcraft: Forever: the Darkspear Raiders and Theramore Expeditionary Force, new factions on Mount Hyjal and in the Riverglades, centaur faction rewards in Desolace, the Legacy points for going Exalted, and what Blizzard has not listed yet.
World of Warcraft: Forever adds new reputations with its new content, and the only two Blizzard has spelled out are the battleground factions: the Darkspear Raiders for the Horde and the Theramore Expeditionary Force for the Alliance. "New reputations" were on the list of things the What's Next panel had no time to cover, and as of Oct 31, 2026 Blizzard has published no full list of factions or rewards. This page gathers what it has said, and marks the rest.

Battleground reputations
Each side of Darkspear Islands has its own track. Reaching thresholds unlocks trinkets, rings, cloaks, weapons, armor and consumables from vendors at the Merchant Coast (Horde) or Northwatch (Alliance). Marks of Honor are turned in by quest for reputation, and Exalted unlocks a short questline for the faction's exclusive tabard (Blizzard). Marks stack to 30 since the Oct 15, 2026 beta notes.
Blizzard wants these to matter beyond PvP. "You definitely wanted to grind your reputations in battlegrounds to get items that were worthwhile using in PvE content," the developers said on Oct 15, 2026, and they want that overlap to survive. See Battlegrounds.
Blizzard's Legacy guide counts "Exalted with each battleground reputation" among its 12 PvP Legacy Points; see Legacy.
Zones and factions
The Riverglades "introduces more than 150 new quests", with "new reputations, new rewards". Its peoples include the Powderfuse goblins and the Brotherhood of the Horse, whom Alliance players meet at Farhold Keep. MassivelyOP and Icy Veins, summarizing Blizzard's video of October 2026, add that Horde players side with the Boulderrock ogres, who broke from the Twilight's Hammer. Blizzard has not said in writing that either carries a reputation bar. See The Riverglades.
Mount Hyjal brings "new stories, rewards, new reputations". The factions are not named on the panel; MassivelyOP writes that players work with the Cenarion Circle there, and Icy Veins with the Druids of the Talon. See Mount Hyjal.
Desolace's centaur faction quests "receive additional content and faction rewards", Blizzard's recap says (Blizzard). The new Gelkis and Magram quests need level 35; see Shen'dralas.
The Skyborne story opens others. The Earthen Ring and the Kirin Tor "weren't really that big of factions with quests and content and reputations", the developers said on Sep 24, 2026, and tying them to the Skyborne opens "new gameplay avenues", perhaps in later patches. The Kirin Tor already exist as a reputation of some kind: in its notes of Oct 15 Blizzard "Fixed an issue allowing Horde players to gain Kirin Tor reputation" (Blizzard).
Bonuses
The Resourcefulness tree of Legacy holds a perk, Diplomat, for more reputation; ItalianSpartacus read it out as 2% over five ranks. Game Informer reported at the reveal that the new reputations let players farm items and account-wide perks (Game Informer). Blizzard has not listed those perks.
What is not known yet
Not known as of Oct 31, 2026:
- A full list of new factions, on any continent.
- Thresholds and costs for any reputation reward.
- Which original reputations changed. Blizzard has not published a list, and 2019 Classic's grinds should not be assumed to carry over.
- Whether anything beyond the Legacy Points is shared across characters.
Frequently asked questions
What new reputations are in WoW Forever? Blizzard has named the Darkspear Raiders and the Theramore Expeditionary Force for Darkspear Islands, and promised new reputations in the Riverglades and on Mount Hyjal without a full list.
How do you get Darkspear Raiders or Theramore reputation? Turn in Marks of Honor through battleground quests at the faction's base in the Barrens. Vendors there sell rewards at each threshold.
What do you get at Exalted? With a battleground faction, a short questline for its tabard, and credit toward PvP Legacy Points.
Is reputation account-wide in WoW Forever? Blizzard has not said so. Game Informer reported account-wide perks from new reputations without details.
Can the Horde gain Kirin Tor reputation? Not by design: Blizzard fixed that as a bug in the beta.
